The prototype was made on a modified platform T-60, which was extended and expanded by Rogifer.
Prototypes M-01, M-02 and M-03 took part in tests in Suditi 23.10.1943 in the presence Marshal Antonescu. The unsuitability of mounting this howitzer on such a light chassis proved to be unsuitable. On that day, a new Romanian 75 mm anti-tank cannon D.T.-U.D.R. Nr.26 (Army designation Resita cal.75 TA Md.1943). Eight targets were fired, which were 100 mm armor plates, four of which were placed at an angle of 30 ° at a distance of 300 meters, another three at an angle of 30 ° at a distance of 500 meters and the last vertically built at a distance of 1000 meters. He was the only one of the tested cannons to shoot all the targets. Subsequently, it was decided to mount it in another prototype of Maresal ( M-04).
