The medal can be awarded
a) members of the Police of the Czech republic (hereinafter referred to as "the officer") assigned in the emergency motorized units of the Regional directorate of the police of the capital city of Prague (hereinafter referred to as "regional directorate"), who contributed to building, strengthening and solidifying the good name of emergency motorized units of the county directorate (hereinafter referred to as "emergency mobile unit"),
b) police officers, to legal or natural persons, who significantly participated in the implementation of projects that have a direct link with the activities of the emergency motorized unit or a significant share of the cooperation with the emergency motorized unit,
(2) the Medal can be awarded also in memoriam.
(3) the Medal is awarded by the director of the regional directorate on the basis of a written reasoned proposal of the head of the emergency motorized units or without the proposal.

Description of the medal
The medal is made from metal in a copper color with surface treatment old brass and has a trapezoidal shape with dimensions of 30 mm x 35 mm and a thickness of 3 mm; on the obverse side is depicted the emblem of the emergency motorized units; on the reverse side is the inscription "the POLICE of the CZECH REPUBLIC, REGIONAL DIRECTORATE of the CAPITAL CITY of PRAGUE, the EMERGENCY MOBILE UNIT; the medal is movable průvlečným curtain attached to the ribbon, wide 33 mm, long 50 mm, completed clip-on needle; the ribbon has the color design of vertically-oriented strips in the color order yellow, gray, blue, gray, red in the ratio (12 : 3 : 3 : 3 : 12); the medal belongs to the one ribbon with dimensions of 33 x 12 mm color same with ribbon.The medal is to be transmitted in the velvet etui dark blue color, dimensions 105 x 140 x 40 mm.
