An obsolete English cartridge from the late 19th century, the bigger brother of the Morris cartridge (297/230). The cartridge pictured was made by Kynoch, Birmingham, England, the ICI monogram on the primer = Imperial Chemical Industries Ltd. Metal Division, Kynoch Works, Birmingham, England as well as New Zealand and Australia. On the right is the 22 Long Rifle cartridge, photo by the author.
