The charge for the gas-tight revolver of Henri Pieper patented in Belgium in 1889. The Revolver was in the world six years earlier than the well-known revolver 7,62 Nagant 1895. The charge was originally černoprachý, was later laborován and smokeless dust, missiles were leaden or plášťované weight 8,1 - 8,65 g. Interesting is a synonym of "8 mm Mexican Steyr Pieper".
