Project for the replacement of artillery tractors Sd.Kfz. 8 (weight category 12 tons) and Sd.Kfz. 9 (weight category 18 tons) from 1941. The resulting vehicle was of the 16-ton weight category. In addition to the basic version, other modifications were designed. Four prototypes were made, but serial production was not started.
