The project of an artillery tractor of the classic concept of the company Tatra from 1935. It was a heavy weight category, a competitor of the VTH artillery tractor of the Skoda company. The prototype was bought by the army and taken over on 4.3.1937, but the army showed no further interest in this type. It was assigned the registration number 13.862. The prototype was confiscated by the German army after the occupation, its fate is unknown.
