During a planned refueling stop at the base INS Hansa on meznárodním airport Dabolim in Goa crashed helicopter HAL Chetak (indian version of the SA-315B Aerospatiale Alouette III). In a crash, killing all persons on board.

Chief Artificer Harish Krishnan
