Výrazem titulu je medaile, jmenovací dekret nebo diplom, jehož obsahem je definice postavení, práv a povinností „Čestného člena SH ČMS“, které mohou být u každého různé, musí však být dodrženo ustanovení Stanov, čl. 26, odst.1- 3. | It is awarded to individuals who are not, never have been, or may not be members of SH ČMS and yet significant contributions to the welfare or status of the village, SDH or firemen at all, the association reports support its activities and their civic attitudes and activities support the mission of the association .
