Note:		 Stroj byl zničen při testovacím letu poté co došlo k blíže nespecifikované destrukci ocasní části letounu, přičemž zahynuli všichni 4 lidé na palubě. Stalo se tak poblíž letiště Uherské Hradiště - Kunovice. Airplane was destroyed after tail broken, during testing, all 4 persons on board was killed. That accident was happen near airport Uherské Hradiště - Kunovice
