Note:		 Stroj byl zalétán v únoru 1971 jako třetí kus ověřovací série OK-176, následně dostal na aerosalón v Záhřebu poznávací značku OK-AKG, nedlouho na to dostal značku OK-AZA, a létal do června 1971 u výrobce, následně byl přeznačen na OK-ADQ a byl prodán Slovairu. Roku 1975 byl přebrán ČSA, začátkem 80. let byl převzán státní leteckou inspekcí, poté byl zvažován odprodej do zahraničí, ale letoun byl zrušen na Kunovickém letišti. -
