In 1949 vznikol project and prototype belt ťahača Praga L-SPE designated pre body work (sťahovanie wood, etc.). Ťahač vychádzal of konštrukcie stíhača machines the Jagdpanzer 38(t). His spodná part of the hull bola takmer identical, konštrukciu tvorili napancierované sheets menšej hrúbky. Pojazdové kolesá nemali gumenú bandage, but oceľovú hoop. Vehicle poháňal vznetový engine Tatra 114, transmission bola Praga-Wilson. Over motorom sa nachádzal massive bubon winch. Under nepotvrdených informácií sa ochre prototype mala vyrobiť small séria prescribed lesných ťahačov.
