Dne 27. září 1928 během cesty ze Kbel do Chebu, havaroval v Unhošti u Kladna (uváděny jsou také Velké Kyšice) letoun B 21.9 z LP1 s pilotem čet. Františkem Hoffmannem. Pilot podlehl svým zraněním 4. října 1928.
