Belgian artillery tractor built on 1,5t Ford 91Y (4x2) platform). The platform was modified into a 4x4 in cooperation with the American company Marmon Herrington. A total of one hundred modification kits were supplied from the USA to enable the conversion from 4x2 to 4x4. In the second half of the 1930s an order for 68 tractors was signed. It is possible that more tractors were later produced using additional powertrain conversion kits. The tractor was designed to tow the excellent FRC 47 mm calibre anti-tank guns. The superstructure consisted of armoured plates riveted to a steel frame. A pair of cavalry divisions of the Belgian army were to each take 25 tractors. The remaining machines were to be received by the gendarmerie detachments. The machines took part in the defensive fighting after the Germans invaded the country.
After the occupation of Belgium by German troops, these fine tractors were immediately incorporated into the German troop strength. The tractors are known to have served in the 14th Infanterie-Division, 35th Infanterie-Division and 8th Panzer-Division.

Ford/Marmon Herrington subject probably len short after ukoristení Wehrmachtom, keďže ešte does not pridelenú vojenskú poznávaciu brand. Pôvodná belgian poznávacia mark on the nárazniku to the right (in the smere jazdy) is zatretá dark farbou. In the background of the German štábny car Mercedes-Benz 200.
