AM-50 EX

Car bridge AM-50 EX is designed for bridging of dry and water obstacles for the needs of the transportation technique with the parameters in the MLC 50 (Military Load Classification) according to STANAG 2021. The uses carried on the bridge structure, which allows a seamless joining of the individual bridge fields M50 EX.

The vehicle conceptually builds on the old bridge cars AM-50, over the which is characterized by the following main changes:
- the basis of the device is a heavy off-road vehicle Tatra 815-7
- bridge M50 EX can be offered in the standard version wide 4 meters, possibly with extension to 4.4 m while maintaining full compatibility with the original generation of bridges
- redesigned hydraulic system with elements from renowned manufacturers
- redesigned and simplified the electrical installation of the vehicle with the use of modern switching components
- extending the operating temperature to -32°C to +49° (top +55°C)
- increased operator safety when handling with the bridge

AM-50 EX carries one bridge field M50 EX with one detachable retractable support leg. One field of the bridge can bridge the barrier with a length of between 10 to 12.5 m and a depth of 2 to 6 m. by connecting several of the bridge boxes (maximum of 8) it is possible to bypass the barrier with a total length in the range from 10 to 106 m. the load Capacity of the bridge M50 EX in accordance with the MLC 50 according to STANAG 2021 ensures the passage of tracked vehicles and truck with trailer to a speed of 20 km/h. The car is equipped with třísedačkovou the cab for the driver and members of the operator with the option of building air conditioning. The device is equipped with semi-automatic bridge control for loading and autonomous diagnosis. The bridge the car can be equipped with buldozerovou blade, which is designed to edit the terrain for the construction of the bridge and the adjustments to the access roads. One set consists of four cars, the AM-50 EX.

The development of the bridge the car the AM-50 EX was launched in the year 2015. In the course of the years 2016 to 2017 was for a foreign customer made 16 vehicles..
