Letoun létal v klasické čs. kamufláži horních a bočních ploch v barvě zelené, hnědé a okrové, spodní plochy hliníkové. Výsostné znaky čs. praporové. Znak 2 LP na trupu. Aeroplane flying in clasic czechoslovakia camouflage on the upper and lateral sides in collours of green, brown and ocher, lower side was in the aluminum collor. The coat of arms was CS flag. Insignia of the 2nd Air Regiment was on both sides of the fuselage.

Aircraft up to June 1926 he served in the Aviation Regiment 2, when it was destroyed at the airport in Olomouc during the accident, which occurred on 13. June of 1926, while the killed the pilot of the aeroplane sergeant Otto (Otakar) Beneš. The within started within the overflight to Malacek, where he along with the other airmen to participate in the 7 day shooting exercise. However, at departure approximately at a height of 150 m by a sharp turn of about 180°, wherein, however, had a low speed for such a maneuver. So apparently to stall and to fall (slipping) of the machine by the wing, which the pilot tried to choose and gave the motor full power, however, did not have sufficient height to cope with the crisis situation, and so the aircraft crashed, taking suffered serious injuries, laying on the spot succumbed to.
