Helicopter Forças de Defesa e Seguranças (FDS), Moçambique Bell 206L-3 LongRanger III, reg. FA081, v. no. 51213, was destroyed in an accident in Muidumbe, Cabo Delgado. All 6 people on board survived the injuries.
