The burmese air forces lost a helicopter Mil Mi-17, which had to shortly after takeoff made an emergency landing near the village of Kaungkha, Kutkai , and that due to a technical malfunction. Of the 15 persons on board 2 crew members suffered injuries. Helicopter along with 3 other machines transporting foreign military attaché.
