The Pilot of an airplane McDonnell Douglas F-15C-38-MC Eagle reg. 84-0030, v. no. 941/C333, belonging to the air forces of the United States (or whether or not the Oregon Air National Guard's 123rd FS, 142nd FW), was due to a technical malfunction forced the machine to make an emergency landing on the Andrews air force united base (ADW/KADW), Camp Springs, MD. The Pilot escaped uninjured, the machine was damaged.
