In the source below, Akira Takiguchi published a fantastic photograph of a vehicle, which he probably identified as HL kl 4 (H). The chassis definitely resembles the platform of a combat vehicle 3.7 cm Selbstfahrlafette L/70, whose platform was type HL kl 3 (H). Personally, the designation HL kl 4 (H) is not very well known to me. According to sources, it was supposed to be an improvement of the HL kl 3 (H) platform ( 3.7 cm Selbstfahrlafette L/70) and it was supposed to be an armored vehicle. Akira Tamaguchi's photograph comes from the album Panzer-Aufklärungs-Abteilung 3. The photograph itself describes it as a "Panzer der Artillerie", ie an artillery reconnaissance vehicle (it is assumed that it could belong to the Panzer-Artilerie-Regiment 75). These are units belonging to 3. Panzer-Division. The vehicle should belong to the "Wehrkreis III Berlin" (territorial military administrative unit). There are soldiers in training uniforms on the vehicle, I assume it is a moment from an exercise in Germany.
