M-77 Fire


A rocket launcher resulting from the further development of the M-63 Flame. Development work began in 1968 and continued until 1977, with the first prototype appearing in public in 1975. The missile block for 32 unguided missiles is mounted on a truck chassis FAP-2026 BDS/A 6x6. It takes up to 200 seconds to reload the missile launcher with a second set of missiles. It takes ~6.5 minutes to reload the system with 64 missiles. One salvo can cover an area of 167 x 213 m. The system was introduced into the armament of the Yugoslav army in 1980.
