In the source below, the author presents a sort of field conversion of the original Bergepanzer 38(t). Due to the presence of a pair of antennas (a standard antenna 2 meters long and a star antenna) to the radio transmitters and the absence of the standard equipment of the salvage vehicles, this vehicle can be considered as a command vehicle. The antennas are probably mounted in the holes of the brackets for mounting the folding crane. The shots are from the Kampfgruppe Milowitz retreat. The original purpose of the unit was to train new tank fighter crews Jagdpanzer 38(t). After the outbreak of the Prague Uprising on 5 May 1945, a battle group was formed from this training unit to suppress the uprising. The photo of the Pravdepodbone is from the unit's retreat on the last day of World War II, 9 May 1945.
The photographs are from some unspecified publication.
Of interest is a turnbuckle wheel with six small holes, which is not included in the list of turnbuckle wheel types with my primary source1).

In the photo attachment is another photo of Bergepanzer, which bears identical markings to the remaining pair of photos. It has an identical tension wheel, it is an early production vehicle, and there is probably a metal box for a radio in the fighting compartment. Is it possible that this is an identical vehicle ?
