PD-SOP
Mobile workshop for welding and slope of the PD-SOP is intended for the implementation of the welding, blacksmith, sheet metal and related locksmith work in vojskových repair parts tanks and vehicles to the technology including the repair of reinforced koreb, bodybuilder and hermetizovaných box of chassis in field conditions.
Workshop PD-SOP is built on the basis of field car T-815 VPS 15 170 4x4.1 with the bonded hermetizovanou, a removable box truck chassis ZSK/PT. Part of the PD-SOP is also a cabinet příves PM 50 GTC. External the workplace of the device is designed in the side of the tent shelter.
Workshop equipment allows to assess the extent of the damage, carry out flaw detection for detecting the course of the cracks and determine the technology of repair. Workshop your is your equipment able to carry out the repair of different slope for compliance with the prescribed technological procedures.
The equipment of the workshop allows you to:
- fitting of manual and small machine work (drilling, grinding, etc)
- blacksmith work
- minor plumbing and glazing work
- sealing and bonding of the damaged part of the
- soft and hard soldering
- cutting and preparation of the material (wood, sheet metal, plastics etc)
- external and internal cleansing techniques and cleansing dismantled parts
- dozimetrickou control and partial special cleansing parts of the repaired and custom techniques
- welding and cutting electric arc
- electric arc-welding in the protective equipment do not atmosphere
- welding of reinforced steel with the option of pre-heater
- welding and gas cutting
- maintenance and charging of lead-acid accumulators
- the power supply of the electrical network of the repaired techniques
- dismantling of the groups (the mass of 1 500 kg) from the technique, handling with them and their feedback to the assembly
- transporting the groups to a weight of 350 kg in the box body
