Sudetendeutsches Freikorps
founded on September 17, 1938 by Konrád Henlein the day after the Sudetendeutsche Partei was banned in the Czechoslovak Republic. He followed up on the paramilitary units of the SdP Freiwilliger Schutzdienst, which were organized in the Czechoslovak Republic and which since 1937 caused unrest and clashes with Czechoslovak troops.
He participated in espionage against the Czechoslovak Republic and sabotage operations on the border during the escalation of the Munich crisis and the occupation of the Sudetenland after Munich in October 1938 and then the rest of the republic (March 15, 1939).
