SOV - R-107 (VKV radiostanice)

R-107 - VHF portable radio station for battalion, regiment, division.
Allows operation with remote control and retransmission of traffic.
The radio station with closed cover is rainproof and can withstand
immersion in water at a depth of 0.5 m for 10 minutes.


Frequency : 20 - 52 MHz


Operation : F3 - single channel simplex telephony with frequency
modulation.


Antennas : 1.5 m cellular antenna range 6 km
Extended cellular antenna 2.7 m range 8 - 10 km
wire antenna 40 m , 1 m above ground range 15 km
wire antenna 40 m , 6 m above ground range 25 km


Power supply : 2x2NKP20 battery


Weight : 19,5 kg , 45 kg in transport box.


Set includes : radio station, 2x 2NKP20 battery, cellular antennas,
call sets.In the bag of the radio operator are placed:
40 m antenna,articulated antenna,six extensions
to extend the antenna, three-meter counterweight.


Transport box : 2x 2NKP20 battery,talk set,40 m antenna
with rings and tensioners in canvas case, backup
antenna with counterweight, hanger for fixing
radio station, carrying straps, 10 m power cable,
rubber caps, nuts for battery connection, screwdriver
with combination wrench, description and instructions for the station,

Apart from USSR, R-107/MLR R-107PLR was produced in Poland and Hungary. It allows setting 4 PPK (predefined frequency) and power min. 1W. It allows Simplex operation, duplex, desurnyj reception (only the receiver and part of the transmitter works, the final stage without voltage and heating. There is also a version which has a display made of red LED 7segment instead of a swept scale. I believe that this version was made in Hungary. This version was also present in the ACR. 1XGP

The R107 with the red ledges is designated as R107T.
It was actually an upgraded version. I attach a picture of the R107T from www.cqham.ru
