1 Samodzielny Battalion Kobiecy im. E. Plater

- the unit created by 7. may 1943 of the women - volunteers. Become a part of the 1. PPD TK. It was named in honor of the heroine of so-called the November uprising of 1830 Emilie Plater. The unit participated in the the battle of Lenin in Belarus, the liberation of Warsaw and the fighting for Berlin. Her příslušnicím was called platerówki.
