A unique modification of the classic tank fighter 7.5 cm PaK 40 auf GW Lorraine Schlepper 37L(f). Instead of the 7.5 cm PaK 40, a 5 cm PaK 38 L/60 was fielded in its place.
This machine was part of the French resistance group 1.Groupement Mobile de Reconnaissance (1st Mobile Reconnaissance Group).
Whether this modification was carried out by the Germans or French Resistance fighters I have no idea.
