Avia 31 light truck, Avia 31/4


The Avia 31 light truck, 4 x 2 x 2, is designed for the transport of people and material on roads. The chassis were produced with three sizes (lengths) of frames, which were characterized by different wheelbases and overhangs behind the rear axle. Type Avia 31 was derived from type Avia 30. The whole range of versions was taken over. The original four-speed transmission was also fitted to the Avia 31, the vehicle was called the Avia 31/4. All versions could have a rear axle with or without a differential lock. Cars Avia 31 (Avia 31/4) flatbed and flatbed with tarpaulin were produced only in versions N and L. Other superstructures remained the same as the type Avia 31 with their designation, which has not changed.

The vehicles were equipped with an engine marked 712.18.
