This makeshift armoured vehicle was built in 1918 (1919 ?) in Lviv. The curiosity is its platform, which was not a traditionally used truck chassis, but an agricultural plough used for ploughing. This engine plough was provided by one of the large landowners who wanted to contribute to the defence of Lviv. The original misidentification of the platform, when it was assumed to be a Praga type K plough of Czech origin, is explained in Jiří Tintěra's post below.
The plough was modified by engineers from the Lviv Polytechnic University. They armoured it with 10 mm steel plates. The armament consisted of three Maxim vz.08 machine guns. Two were located in the casemate gunports and one in the rear of the machine. The machine, together with Piłsudskiego tank, was to form an armoured unit available to the military defence of Lviv against attacks by the Ukrainians.
All in all, it was a very improvised vehicle of very little combat value.

Dear all,
I must disappoint you, this is not a chassis from a Praga K motor plough, but an unknown product of a Berlin engineering company. Gentlemen Ivo Pejčoch, Hubert Procházka and Jan Martof were misled by Janusz Magnuski and his book: Armoured Cars of the Polish Army.

But I am the one who caused this confusion when I misidentified the chassis of this vehicle with Magnusky years ago.
