PK-26 H - outboard field kitchen. Field kitchen with the possibility of use as a source of energy for food preparation either solid fuel (wood) or diesel (diesel burner was demountable).


There are three single-shell stainless steel boilers, each weighing 20.5 kg and a volume of 75 l for food preparation and 4 containers for heated water (the water in these containers is used primarily to remove excess heat, secondarily it can be used in the preparation of beverages, or washing dishes).

The set PK-26 H consists of a single-axle trailer, accessories and consumables. The trailer is transported behind a truck. Other parts of the set are stored on the body of the vehicle (they occupy an area of about 1.8 m 2), mostly it is a Praga V3S vehicle - flatbed. The small utensils and tools needed for food preparation are stored in two crates, similar to a frost-resistant storage tank for drinking water and thermoses.


Liquid or solid fuels are used for heating in the PK-26 H field kitchen.


The kitchen fireplace can be removed from the chassis and attached to the body of the vehicle. Similarly, this option is used to prepare meals by rail.
