Při natáčení policejní automobilové honičky se v Phoenixu v USA srazila dvojice civilních vrtulníků.Dle dostupných informací se vrtulníky televizních stanic KNXV a KTVK dostali při nátáčení do polohy v níž se vzájemě dostaly do mrtvého úhlu načež došlo ke srážce při které došlo k poškození nosných rotorů obou vrtulníků.Následoval nekontrolovatelný pád přičemž všichni čtyři lidé na palubě vrtulníků uhořeli po dopadu.
