General Rūdolfs BANGERSKIS (L.k.o.k.) (21 Jul 1878 - 25 Feb 1958)
Served in the Russian and White Russian Armies, having commanded the 1., 2., and 4. (Latvian) Rifle Regiments, and reaching the rank of Lieutenant-General. Returned to Latvia in 1921 and joined the Latvian Army as Colonel in February 1924.
