Struktura malých jednotek ČSA/ČSLA/AČR

Diskuse

This asks the famous forum if anyone could direct me to some resources concerning the organization and equipment (table and, if possible, practically used) units at the company level and below in the CS. army and the ACR.

I doubt that something like this would be "online" - so the only thing left is to push for training resp. battle rules (regulations) for the lowest level (team, platoon, company), which was usually in one "booklet" - a regulation ...
There, the organization was always dissected into a soldier vto.
From this you can read the composition (from people, individual functions) and equipment (individuals, teams, ..), combat and other (transport) equipment.
Unfortunately, I will continue to disappoint you - the equipment (with the exception of the material of the individual, perhaps) will not be listed, because the tables, unlike the regulations, "sewed" for each department and differed quite a bit - peacefully and by war ...

I don't know if anyone else is interested, but in the 80's (the era of ČSLA) we learned the triple system of organization at the military department, more precisely 3 + -1 (peace state):
platoon - 2 or 3 teams
company - 3 platoon (+ support platoon)
eg tank platoon (tč) - 3 tanks (sometimes 4, eg, + tank-mine excavator)
tank company - 3 tč + tank company commander = 10-12 tanks

I can recommend:

Všeob-R-3 (Všeob-Ř-3) Combat Order of the Ground Forces (platoon, team, crew)

Všeob-R-2 (Všeob-Ř-2) Combat Order of the Ground Forces (battalion, company)

It depends on which team it is ....

Exactly, as my colleague buko1 writes: it is necessary to take into account which team it is (motorized shooting at OT, BVP, ..., mechanized, reconnaissance, etc.) and also in what period it occurs in the type organization.

The armament of OT-64 transporters in the late 1960s with a turret with a large-caliber 14.5 mm machine gun and a 7.62 mm articulated machine gun affected the numbers and internal composition of motorized rifle teams. The platoon still consisted of only two teams of 12 members. The team included the commander, the crew of the armored personnel carrier and the so-called swarm. The crew consisted of a driver of an armored personnel carrier, a shooter from mounted weapons (so-called machine gunner OT) and an assistant shooter from mounted weapons (so-called charger OT). The swarm, which was after getting off the vehicle designed to conduct combat on foot, were two machine gunners with 7.62 mm universal machine guns vz. 59, two machine gun chargers with submachine guns vz. 58, two submachine guns armed with 7.62 mm submachine guns vz. 58, a shooter from the RPG-7 armor and an assistant armor, which in addition to the submachine gun vz. 58 carried ammunition for RPG-7. A total of 25 people represented the motorized rifle platoon at OT, including its commander. The composition of the motorized rifle company was completed by the company commander, executive ensign, assistant executive ensign - motorcyclist, medical instructor, senior car mechanic, OT driver and OT machine gunner, so it numbered a total of 82 people.

The armament of OT-64 transporters in the late 1960s with a turret with 14.5 mm and 7.62 mm machine guns and RPG-7 armored teams led to the abolition of the platoon of accompanying weapons, and the motorized rifle company continued to consist of only three motorized rifle platoon. This composition did not change even after the introduction of BVP-1 / BVP-2.

After the introduction of infantry fighting vehicles from the mid-70s, the motorized rifle platoon continued to consist of three teams, but in a partially changed composition. Motorized rifle team equipped with OT-64 continued to consist of 9 people, ie the team commander, KOT, NOT, driver, two machine gunners, armored, assistant armored and shooter. The motorized rifle platoon at OT had a total of 28 people. The team armed with BVP-1 left the OT machine gunner and OT charger, which was replaced by another submachine gun and the so-called shooter-operator of mounted BVP weapons, ie 73 mm cannon, 7.62 mm articulated machine gun and PTŘS Maljutka. In addition, in the motorized rifle platoon on the BVP-1, the position of deputy platoon commander was created, who was to command the vehicles after the dismantling of the so-called swarms and control their covert movement through the terrain. A total of 29 people formed a motorized rifle platoon at the BVP. The company's headquarters, regardless of armament, consisted of a company commander, ZVP, technician, executive ensign, medical instructor, driver and KOT (for OT-64) or shooter operator (for BVP-1). Motorized rifle company on OT-64 had 91 people, in the years 1978 - 1979 was introduced 30 mm grenade launcher AGS-17 PLAMJA, included in two pieces at the grenade launcher team of motorized rifle companies on OT-64. If the MSR was armed with BVP-1 numbered 94 people.
