Ano, jsou to řízené rakety vzduch-vzduch RS-2U. Vpravo pak jsou naváděcí hlavice raket K-13 (R-3).
Sice jsem takto vybavené auto ještě neviděl, ale pravděpodobně to bude nějaká mobilní kontrolní stanice leteckých řízených raket.
