The regimental badge was approved in the Journal of Orders of the Ministry of Military Affairs No. 23, position 285, dated 31 July 1931.
The badge consists of a stylized swastika composed of four highland chakans placed on twelve twigs of pine needles. In the centre of the badge is a rhomboid shield with the number and initials of the regiment 1 PSP. Between the chakans are inscribed the names of the battlefields BRZEŚĆ, BIAŁYSTOK, KIJÓW, GRODNO. Method of wearing: on the upper left pocket of the uniform. Dimensions: 39x39 mm.
