SEG 100D je vlastne relatívne moderný transceiver (prijímač/vysielač) z produkcie bývalej NDR. Má podobnú koncepciu ako RM31Ma, teda samostatný blok napájanie (sieťový alebo batériový)blok vlastného transceivru, koncový stupeň a anténny diel. Niekoľko kusov bolo aj v ČSLA.
