I don't know if this version is a German conversion at all, or if it is a post-war modification by various users. It may be a combination of captured platforms and Bilstein 3t cranes. At least one half-track is known from a heavily retouched photo in the publication Czechoslovak Soldier, i.e. it served in the post-war Czechoslovak army.
The Sd.Kfz. 7/4 is taken from old sources and I take it as "working". In the new publications at Sd.Kfz. 7, I have not come across a version so marked.
