The project of the armoured liaison vehicle (VLTT - voiture de liaison tous terrains) of 1928. The vehicle was built on a simple 4x2 platform on which the body was armoured. The crew consisted of a driver, a commander and two observers, who had only their personal weapons for defence.
One prototype was built, which underwent extensive tests in France and Algeria. The design proved its worth, but no order for series production was signed. The design was used to further develop armoured vehicles of the same category and led to mass production Berliet VUDB.
