The device is intended for receiving, sorting and dispatch of official parcels with the help of couplings between the field leadership post.
The possibility of the establishment: - receive shipments to the staffs and staffs, their processing and sending to the destination - registration of received and sent shipments - telephone and dispatching connection on a local network switching node - radio or dial-up connection to the landing area, helicopters - the collection and the rest of the clutches and drivers.
The establishment was built on the chassis of the vehicle V3S the box body, which was divided into working and check-in area. On the side of the vehicle it was possible to develop a tent shelter as a gathering place for drivers and connectors.
