The 9V88M1 2K12M anti-aircraft missile complex (KUB) mobile technical infirmary is used to:
- basic treatment,
- technical treatment No.1 and 2.,
- preparation for winter (summer) operation of the 1S91M1 control and guidance radar and the 2P25M1 launcher while using the 2V7M1-2K mobile test station,
- routine repair of the 1S91M1 radar and 2P25M1 launcher using the ZIP-1 spares, tools and accessories kit.
The Technical Dispensary Kit consists of :
- URAL-375A-18 automobile with K-375 box body,
- measuring control instruments: oscillograph, voltmeter, megaohmmeter,
- special equipment: air system, mast antenna, platform for unloading heavy blocks, disconnecting boxes, set of connecting cables,
- auxiliary equipment - rdst R-123M, 24 V batteries, AB-1-0/230 power pack, PNV-57 infrared device, ladder, suspension net, tarpaulins, etc.
Scope of work for treatment of radar 1S91M1 :
- filling of air system - allows to fill cylinders with air of 11,77 MPa pressure,
- cleaning of blocks and cabinets with compressed air,
- dismantling of heavy blocks,
- checking the combat capability,
- measurement of parameters and checking of combat capability of individual parts of the 1S91M1 radar,
- inspection of electrical circuits, measurement of voltage and current magnitudes,
- cleaning and washing of components,
- fault finding and troubleshooting using the ZIP-1 kit,
- drying of the air system siligel.
Scope of work for the treatment of the 2P25M1 launcher (OZ):
- Inspection of the OZ coupling circuits to the 3M9ME rocket,
- checking electrical circuits, measuring voltage and current magnitudes,
- fault detection and troubleshooting using the ZIP-1 kit,
The ZIP-1 kit for the 1S91M1 radar, 4 OZs as well as for the 9F62M trainer of the 1S91M1 radar is stored and carried in the 9V88M1 technical dispensary.
The power supply is an AB-1-0/230 1 kW power pack. In addition, it can be powered from an external 220 V or 380 V source.

The mast antenna is used to extend the funnel antenna to a height of 12 m and consists of:
- one non-movable part made of steel tube,
- 6 extendable parts made of aluminium tubes,
- pulleys,
- steel cables,
- winch.
The mast antenna kit includes:
- mast CHŽ4.115:026 Sp,
- antenna holder,
- beams,
- cover, rope set with accessories.
