The ZC1 is a radio station designed in New Zealand based on the British WS19. The basic concept has been retained from this one, but the rest is New Zealand made. The radio station had reduced power and some versions had the option of working with two crystal frequency control. These were used until the 1970s in the Coast Guard and police.
