The regimental badge was approved in the Journal of Orders of the Ministry of Military Affairs No. 49, position 872, dated 13 December 1921.
The badge is in the shape of a multi-pointed star. In its centre is an enamelled medallion with the initials JP (Józef Piłsudski), which is flanked by the Order's ribbon Virtuti Militari.
Method of wearing: on the upper left pocket of the uniform. Dimensions: 50 mm.
