In 1977 the brigade made it into the book of honor of the Moscow military district. In the year 1976, 1977, 1982, 1985, 1986, getting a temporary battalion of the Military council of the Moscow military district.

From march 1985 to August 1988 370. ooSpN 16. OBrSpN fulfilling an international duty in the republic of Afghanistan.

From 28.9. to 30.11.1992, 370. and 669. ooSpN in the number of 402 people perform tasks to strengthen the protection and defense of military and government facilities in the Republic of Tajikistan.

From 12.8.2008 to October 2009, soldiers of the brigade involved in the operation on forcing Georgia to peace and the maintenance of order in the republic of Abkhazia.

Rád bych se zeptal, jestli tato brigáda opravdu využívá letouny Tupolev Tu-134UB-L (fotografie výše) ? Nebo jsem chybně určil typ letounu a verzi ? O žádném jiném tůčku s touto přídí a určením pro výcvik pilotů Tu-22 a Tu-16 nevím. Ocenil bych bližší informace. Předem děkuji ...

Tato brigáda pokuď vím, tak pilotnímu výcviku nepodléhá, ale letadla Tu-134UBL jsou dislokována na stejném letišti, které 16. brigáda SpN používá k výsadkářskému výcviku (např. seskoky z letadel Il-76).
