Since yesterday, Ukrainian and Russian sources have been reporting that Ukrainian forces have managed to cross the Siverskyi Donets River at one or two points east of Kharkiv. They are expected to continue their attack either towards Vovchansk or Bily Kolodaz. Among the occupied points appear e.g. Khotimlya, Zaritske, Bereznyky, Metalivka, Hrafske. So far these are unconfirmed reports. A satellite map of the fires in the area of the eastern bank of the river north of the bridge at Stary Saltiv shows the fires. But of course, their origin cannot be read from it...


If it were to be hardened, it would be quite significant, as it would directly threaten one of the supply routes to Izjum and indirectly threaten the other. Symbolically, it would mean that Russian troops could not cross the same river at Sjevjerodonetsk even after nine attempts, whereas here Ukrainian forces would have succeeded on the first attempt.

Heavy fighting is reportedly taking place near the town of Seredyna-Buda, Sumy region, on the northern border with Russia. Explosions and fires are reported as a result of the Russian attempt to break through.

Válka si bohužel nevybírá, zvláště pak, když Rusové často cíleně odstřelují různé civilní cíle. Dle Ukrajinců je prokázáno, že bylo zabito 229 dětí a dalších minimálně 423 dětí bylo zraněno. Některé z nich i vážně a mnohé si tak odnesou celoživotní následky. Taková je tedy zatím bilance k 83. dni války.

According to the Defence Express, the RF army has been purged and the victims of the purge are:
- Commander of the Black Sea Fleet Vice Admiral Igor Osipov (Igor Osipov),
- Vice Admiral Sergei Pinchuk (Sergei Pinchuk), Deputy Commander of the Navy,
- Commander of the 6th All-Union Army Lieutenant General Vladislav Yershov (Владислав Ершов),
- Lieutenant General Sergei Kisel (Сергей Кисель), Commander of the 1st Panzer Army,
- Commander of the 22nd Army Corps Major General Arkady Marzoev
and the commander of the 103rd Independent Logistics Brigade, Colonel Mikhail Ponomaryov.
