13.09.1939 ztratila v boji v obci Mień 1 kanon.
14.09.1939-21(?).09.1939 při samostatném ústupu baterie ztratila za neznámých okolností zbylé 3 kanony.
Poznámka:
Note:		 1) Zarzycki ve své práci uvádí termín mobilizace 24.08.1939 ve 4.00 hod. Boguski uvádí termín 25.08.1939. Všechny posádkové jednotky ve městě Białystok však byly mobilizovány od 24.08.1939.
2) Po boji 13.09.1939 a ústupu do prostoru lesa u obce Ząbki nebyla baterie informována o nočním ústupu 10. hulánského pluku a zůstala beze styku s polskými jednotkami. Ustupovala samostatně ve směru na město Białystok. Podle vzpomínek příslušníka baterie, desátníka Grabowského, uvedených v práci Szczepańského, byla baterie rozpuštěna už 18.09.1939 v prostoru obce Strabla, když byla získána informace o obsazení Białegostoku Němci. Ppor. Zieliński uvádí, že baterii rozpustil po předchozím zničení dělostřeleckého materiálu u města Białystok po 7 dnech samostatného ústupu (21.09.1939).
3) Baterie byla organizačně v sestavě oddílu, ale po přidělení k podpoře některého z jezdeckých pluků brigády byla operačně podřízená veliteli podporované jednotky:

Note:
1) Fell in the artillery ambush at his observation post south of the village of Glinki.
2) To 04.09.1939 was the firing officer of the battery. 13.09.1939 was during the fighting near the village of Mień wounded and then was taken to the headquarters 10. hulánského regiment. 14.09.1939 was sent to establish a connection to your battery. In the internet sources are listed 3 different versions of his fate:
1] Fell 04.09.1939 in the fighting near the village of Kowalewen in East Prussia.
2] Fell 14.09.1939 (from 14.09.1939 missing)
3] In fact, he was from DD.MM.1939 (14.09.1939?) in a German prisoner – is listed in the documentation Oflag IX-B and Oflag XI-AND.
3) Boguski, Szczepański and Zarzycki to indicate to 01.09.1939 commander of the ammunition column. He himself, in his report dated 04.12.1945 reported that the section has arrived 31.08.1939, from 01.09.1939 to 04.09.1939 was zvědným an officer of the section and in the period 05.09.1939-23.09.1939 the firing officer 2. battery. After the loss of connection with the units of the brigade led on behalf of the commander of the remnants of the batteries in retreat, without the contact of any superior command. Around 21.09.1939 left in the vicinity of the city of Białystok to destroy the armament and the battery disbanded. He got to the town of Skarżysko Kamienna, where he was 13.11.1939 detained and taken to a prison camp. After the liberation, he was transferred to Italy, where he served in 7. regiment line artillery 2. the warsaw armoured division. A report on its activities in September 1939 he wrote 04.12.1945.
