¹⁾ After the surrender of Warsaw fell into German captivity, from which he was at the end of 1941 released due to illness (tuberkuloza). After the arrival to Warsaw he joined under the pseudonym of "Olcha" to the armed resistance within the the Earth's army. In the Warsaw uprising he fought as the commander of the 1. section of the line artillery "Bem" of the Earth's army. During the retreat of the troops was Germans detained. However, it is not included in the list of captured. After the war he returned to Poland. He died 21.01.1970 at the age of 71 years.

²⁾ a Doctor of law 12.09.1939 was in combat near the village of Ziewaniczki injured and was airlifted to a hospital in the city of Kutno. 17.01.1940 fled the hospital and got to Warsaw, where he joined the armed resistance in the ranks of the Secret Polish army (the Secret The Polska (TAP)). As the courier was after crossing the border detained by the Slovak police. After escaping through Hungary, Yugoslavia, Bulgaria and Turkey 05.10.1940 got into the city of Haifa and later to the Polish military camp in the palestinian Latrunu, where he was relegated to the Karpatskému the main artillery regiment Independent brigade of carpathian fusiliers. With him has passed a fighting way in Libya and Egypt. In may 1942 he was transferred to the 3. light the main artillery regiment. In the summer of 1942 he was promoted to the rank of lieutenant. After completing the course liaison officers with the air force and vyhodnocovatelů aerial imagery was in December 1943 transferred to the Polish 318. squadron RAF. 13.08.1944 arrived in England, where he worked at one of the ministries and was an assistant at the Polish faculty of law at Oxford. In November 1946 he returned to Poland and lived in Poznan. There 26.08.1993 died at the age of 81 years.

After the surrender of Warsaw to avoid capture and joined the resistance political-military activities within the war structure of the pre-war National-radical camp ABC (Oboz Narodowo-Radykalny "ABC") – a Group of "Szańca" (Grupa "Szańca") and the Lizard union (Związek Jaszczurczy) and in the years 1943-1947 in the framework of the National armed forces (krasinski palace Siły Zbrojne (NSZ)). From August 1945 to 15.02.1947 was in the rank of lieutenant colonel last commander of the National armed forces as the anti-communist resistance organizations. 15.02.1946 was arrested by members of the Security office (Urząd Bezpieczeństwa). 02.03.1948 was sentenced to death by firing squad. The sentence was executed 12.05.1948 in mokotovské prison in Warsaw.
