According to available sources, this is a prototype of a reconnaissance machine (due to the mounting of the anti-aircraft cannon, it is possible that it was an improvised anti-aircraft vehicle ???). This modification was created by mounting a 2 cm anti-aircraft cannon Flak 38 on the chassis Bergepanzer 38 ( t).
This vehicle was abandoned by the crew at the end of the war (near Prague?). After the war, the vehicle was in the state of the Czechoslovak army, where it bore the provisional registration number ÚV 307 (serial number 322036).
It is questionable whether the mounted Flak 38 was fully rotatable. Due to the dimensions of the cannon and the interior of the vehicle, the measurement was probably limited.

Přerov, street "U Rybníku" - 1.5. 1945
According to the memories of the owner of the photo, Mr. Rosmus, the photo is from the disarmament of German soldiers. It is possible to assume that the machine fell into the hands of the Přerov rebels, at least for a while. Eventually it is a photograph of the machine of retreating German troops. The uprising began and was suppressed on the same day.
