As a result of the violence, Arab terrorists fired several dozen rockets from the Gaza Strip at southern Israel. The Israeli air force has carried out several retaliatory strikes on the positions of the terrorist group Hamas.

Thursday, May 6
There were further clashes on Thursday over the expected court verdict over the disputes in Sheikh Jarah. From there, the skirmishes spread to other areas, including the Temple Mount and the local al-Aqsa Mosque.

Friday, May 7
For precautionary reasons, Israeli police have significantly strengthened patrols in the Temple Mount area. After prayers, Palestinian Arabs began attacking patrol officers, who responded by firing rubber bullets, tear gas and flash grenades. Due to the scale of the violence, the situation required the entry of Israeli forces into the grounds of the Temple Mount around the al-Aqsa Mosque.

Sunday, May 9
In the afternoon, terrorists from Hamas and other organizations began firing rockets at southern Israel, mainly the city of Ashkelon and its environs. Some were neutralized by the Iron Dome system ( Iron Dome), some fell on Israel, some fell on the Gaza Strip itself. In the evening, there were further violent attacks by Arabs on Jews, who in some cases reciprocated.

Monday, May 10
Due to the continuation of the clashes, the Israeli police banned Jews from entering the Temple Mount as a precaution. Terrorists from Hamas and Islamic Jihad fired other rockets at southern Israel (in addition to Ashkolon, the target was, for example, Sderot), as well as balloons with incendiary or explosive charges. The Israeli Armed Forces (IDF) carried out several strikes on theorists' positions using aircraft and tank barrels. Some territories in southern Israel had to be closed to civilians. The IDF Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Aviv Kochavi, canceled the "Chariots of Fire" staff exercise scheduled for Tuesday and ordered that all forces be directed to prepare for possible escalation scenarios. Hamas demanded the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the Temple Mount area by 6 pm and threatened to further escalate missile launches. And terrorist rockets did sound sirens in more remote areas, such as Beit Shemesh or Jerusalem. Hamas also began firing anti-tank missiles at Israeli civilian vehicles. The number of rockets fired at Israel was around 150. The Israeli air force launched strikes on missile launch sites, Hamas tunnels and other missile launch infrastructure. Several terrorists were neutralized. The Israeli Minister of Defense Benjamin Ganc declared an emergency in the territory within a distance of 70 kilometers from the Gaza Strip. Schools have been closed in southern Israel and some workplaces and schools have been restricted in central Israel.

Tuesday, May 11
The situation deteriorated rapidly in the city of Lod, where the Arabs attacked various targets from homes to synagogues to hospitals. The attacks then took place in the opposite direction. The mayor of Lod therefore asked the Israeli government to deploy a border police in the city, as the city administration lost control of the situation in the city. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu complied and declared a state of emergency in the city. The number of rockets fired at Israel was several hundred. Part was captured by the Iron Dome system, part fell on Gaza, part caused damage in Israel and claimed loss of life and considerable material damage. One of the reactions of the Israeli air force was the strike on a thirteen-storey building in Gaza, which, among other things, housed one of Hamas's headquarters. The strike was preceded by a warning to the civilian population to leave the building.

Wednesday, May 12
There were other clashes during the day, for example in the cities of Akko or Bat Yam. The clashes were provoked by both Arab and Jewish extremists. The IDF killed other important Hamas terrorists (commanders, reporters, weapon designers, etc.) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. one of them was the brother of the deputy commander of Hamas and several members of their so-called general staff. The houses of several Hamas brigade commanders were destroyed. Hamas also began firing drones. The iron dome struck in time and successfully. Israeli Staff Sergeant Omer Tabib of 931. battalion Nachal Brigade died and two other soldiers were wounded as a result of an attack by an anti-tank missile fired from the Gaza Strip. By midnight, the IDF had counted about 1,500 missiles fired at Israel since the beginning of the escalation.

Thursday, May 13
Sirens sounded in cities, among others Ashkelon, Ashdod, Tel Aviv, Kirjat Gat, Sderot, Modi ' in and others. The Israeli air force managed to neutralize other Hamas operatives and liquidate their main bank. The residences of senior Hamas commanders and their staff within internal security structures were affected. Soldiers of the Israeli Search and Rescue Brigade were sent to the town of Petach Tikva, into which one of the missiles landed. The IDF has announced that it has so far carried out 600 strikes on the terrorist targets of Hamas and Islamic Jihad. Several groups preparing to fire anti-tank missiles into Israeli territory and other UAVs sent from the Gaza Strip were destroyed. The Israeli air force responded by bombing the residence of a Hamas theorist who commands a unit that makes these drones. The success is a successful air strike on the main production plant where Hamas produces missiles. The target was also the location of the naval unit of this terrorist organization, whose premises were also used to launch missiles. Terrorists have already detonated them to Israel around 1750. 300 of them landed in Gaza, hundreds more were destroyed by the system Iron Dome. A rocket fired from Lebanon, which hit the sea near Galilee, was also recorded.

The Israeli armed forces called in 16,000 reservists. Some of them will replace active-duty soldiers at workplaces across the country so that they can be transferred to other current tasks. Part goes directly to the combat units. IDFs were mainly interested in Iron Dome system operators and other artillerymen, doctors and paramedics, reporters and members of the Air Force. Movements of some units to the southern border are also reported (infantry Golani Brigade, 7th Armored Brigade and one Parachute Brigade). During today, the General Staff was to draw up a plan for a possible invasion and acquaint the country's political leadership with it.

Friday, May 14
The IDF said they had been able to identify the headquarters of the Hamas cyber unit in Gaza by electronic and intelligence means and then destroy it by the aviation authority. The strike was also carried out on several weapons depots in Hamas and Islamic Jihad. A total of 160 aircraft from the 12th Squadron struck at underground warehouses and tunnels. Ground troops fired hundreds of artillery shells at terrorists in the Gaza Strip. The artillery was supplemented to a lesser extent by fire led by tank cannons. Another group with anti-tank missiles was neutralized, of which a total of seven were destroyed in 24 hours. Throughout the night and morning, warning sirens sounded at any moment over southern Israel, especially in the areas above and around the city of Ashkelon, which is exposed to a virtually continuous missile threat, the impact of which drastically reduces the effectiveness of the Iron Dome (reported success of more than 90 percent). He destroyed two more drones during the morning. The air force focused on strikes on the Hamas observation post.

In northern Israel, a group of people crossed a border fence, started a fire, and then stopped after Israeli tanks fired a warning salvo. One attacker tried to attack a soldier at the entrance to the village of Ofra and was neutralized. Other groups that were about to launch anti-tank grenades and unguided missiles were also destroyed, but they did not make it because the members of the Gaza Division were faster. In the afternoon and early evening, the Israeli air force decommissioned or damaged the Hamas cyber IT warehouse, the missile workshop, the Hamas naval base, a two-story building with a bank branch and an underground station that served as a computer and weapons depot and was located between the kindergarten and the mosque. .

Around midnight, the Israeli air force attacked the headquarters of Hamas security forces. In the early morning hours, raids followed on rocket launchers. At noon, the IDF reported the downing of another drone and updated the number of missiles fired at Israel to 2,300. About 1,000 of them were destroyed by the Iron Dome system, about 380 still in Gaza. In the evening, the Israeli air force attacked the residence of a brigade commander, two Hamas battalion commanders and a special operations chief of staff.

Sunday, May 16
The Israeli air force attacked the headquarters of one of the commanders of the Hamas battalion, the headquarters of the Hamas intelligence section in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, the weapons depot in the central part and the depot of the Hamas naval section in the southern part of the zone. This was followed by a strike on the tunnel complex near Khan Junis and one of the buildings of the counterintelligence service of Hamas. In the evening, Israel announced that 3,100 missiles had been fired at it since the beginning of the conflict, of which 1,210 destroyed the Iron Dome and 450 landed in the Gaza Strip.

Monday, May 17
Overnight, terrorists fired another 50 or so missiles. The Israeli air force attacked on the basis of counterintelligence reports attacked the commander of the Northern Division of Islamic Jihad. The Navy, in collaboration with the Air Force, repulsed an attempt to land a group of submarine theorists on Israeli territory.

- condemns the rocket attacks by Hamas and Islamic Jihad on Israeli territory and the Israeli civilian population
- considers these attacks to be terrorist acts leading to innocent victims, damage to property and an inexcusable escalation of tensions between Palestinians and Israelis;
- expresses its full support for the State of Israel in its efforts to defend itself against these attacks and considers it legitimate
- calls on the Palestinian side to put an immediate end to all acts of violence against the sovereign State of Israel
- urges that the support provided by the European Union and other international organizations to the Palestinians not be misused by Hamas to build paramilitary infrastructure and armaments to attack the State of Israel;
- calls on all parties to the conflict to respect international law, not least in the field of human rights
- calls on the UN to play an active role in the de-escalation of violence

Úterý, 18. květen
Ráno se pokusil jeden terorista zaútočit na vojenskou hlídku v Hebronu. Při pokusu byl neutralizován. Mezitím se pdoařilo sestřelit další dron vyslaný nad Izrael. Odpoledne bylo zlikvidováno několik stanovišť, ze kterých byly odpalovány teroristy z Hamásu a Islámského džihádu rakety. Zlikvidovány bylo i několik teroristů, kteří se zrovna chystaly rakety odpálit. V momentě, kdy vjížděla do pásma Gazy přes přechod Erec kolona s humanitární pomocí, zaaútočili teroristé minomety na vojáky IDF a jednoho zranili. Vpodvečer provedly letouny IAF úder na bydliště tří velitelů rot v praporech Hamásu. Krátce poté byl ohlášena další vlna úderů na velitelské články Hamásu. Zasaženo bylo dvanáct sídel. IAF se pdoařilo zneutralizovat např. zástupce velitele brigády a dva velitele rot.

Středa, 19. květen
Izraelská armáda ohlásila, že k dnešnímu ránu odpálili teroristé na Izrael zhruba 3 750 raket. Z nich 550 dopadlo ještě v Gaze. Většinu ostatních zničil systém Iron Dome, který vykazuje účinnost zhruba 90 procent. Před polednem letectvo provedlo úder na sídlo technologické sekce Hamásu. Opět došlo k útoku na vojáky poblíž Hebronu. U osady Kirjat Arba vojáci neutralizovali jednu teroristku, která zaútočila pomocí útočné pušky. Odpoledne izraelské síly oznámili, že se jim podařilo zlikvidovat tři teroristy z kybernetické sekce Hamásu.

Čtvrtek, 20. květen
Izraelské síly v noci podnikly údery na sídlo bývalého ministra spravedlnosti a sídla několika dalších činitelů Hamásu. Sídla sloužila zároveň jako úkryty zbraní. Další údery směřovaly proti sítí podzemních tunelů a bunkrů. Dopoledne zamířily rakety na vojenské operační středisko Hamásu. Odpoledne následovaly údery na několik míst, kde probíhala stavba nových tunelů. Vpodvečer zaútočily na letecké i pozemní jednotky na teroristy odpalující protitankové střely na izraelské území. Letouny pokračovaly v útocích na podzemní systém. Počet raket odpálených teroristy na Izrael vystoupal na 4 340.
