Füsilier-Regiment 22



It was established on November 12, 1942 by renaming the Infantry Regiment 22 and is subordinated to the 1st Infantry Division. He is the bearer of the traditions of the Regiment Graf Roon Nr. 33 of the Imperial Army.
In September-October 1944 is rebuilt III. Bataillon (battalion), in November-November 1944 after heavy losses completed.
