American hunting cartridge introduced in the 1920s as the Wildcat by N.H. Roberts. In 1934 it was factory produced by Remington. The 6.5 g bullet has a muzzle velocity of 915 m/sec. The bullet pictured was manufactured by Winchester-Western Corporation, Olin, New Haven, Connecticut, USA. The bullet on the right is 7.92x57. Photo by.
