The charge constructed by ing. Picek of this Year (hence the name). The charge arose by downloading the cervix bullets 7,62x39 for shot avg. 6.7 mm. It is used for shooting at metal silhouettes, and is designed for single-shot gun which also designed ing. Picek. The charge is normalized according to the CIP.
